Objective:
i. To understand about the Divide & rule policy of British Indian Government
culminated in the Indians Independent Act of 1947 & its consequences of
partition of India.
ii. To collect and preserve about the history of Hajong people settled in Kajiamati
who originally were the inhabitants of Mymensingh district (presently in
Bangladesh).
iii. To understand their consequent assimilation with the local people.
iv. To understand the demographic consequence
